ADHD support for parents dealing with daily struggles at home and at school

Your child isn’t being difficult. They’re struggling with skills they haven’t built yet.

We help you get your child to follow through, handle meltdowns, and stop needing to be told the same thing over and over.

Real families. Real relief.

Before this, our mornings were the hardest part of the day. Using the visual routine from Family Function Lab, my son actually knows what to do without me repeating myself ten times. Our whole house feels calmer.

Sarah M., Mom of 2

My daughter struggles with big feelings and transitions. The scripts and step-by-step videos helped me stay calm and finally know what to say. She's more confident and we have fewer meltdowns.

Elena R., Parent

I always felt like I was failing because nothing stuck. The tools here are simple and realistic. It's the first time parenting support has felt doable.

What is the 15 minute consultation?

This is a quick call to understand what is going on with your child and what has been hard lately. We will ask a few questions, listen to what you are dealing with, and give you a clear next step. If it feels like a good fit, we can talk about working together. If not, you will still leave with direction.

Is this a sales call?

No. There is no pressure to sign up for anything. The goal is to understand your situation and see if this is actually helpful for your family. If it is not a fit, we will tell you.

What kind of behaviors do you actually help with?

We help with things like not following directions, big reactions, constant reminders, sibling conflict, and routines that fall apart every day. The focus is on building the internal skills that make these situations easier over time.

We have already tried everything. How is this different?

Most parents we talk to feel this way. The difference is we are not just giving more tips or strategies. We focus on helping your child build the skills underneath the behavior, like working memory, emotional control, and flexibility. That is what actually changes things long term.

Does my child need an ADHD diagnosis?

No. Many families we work with do not have a formal diagnosis. If your child struggles with things like attention, memory, emotional control, or following through, this can still be a good fit.

What ages do you work with?

We typically work with kids in the early elementary through middle school range. If you are not sure, we can talk through it on the call.

Do you work with families locally or is this online?

All sessions are online, which makes it easy to fit into your schedule. We are based in Cary, North Carolina, and work with families across the state, with many of the families we support located in Raleigh, Cary, Apex, Chapel Hill, and the surrounding Triangle area.

What happens after the call?

If it feels like a good fit, we will walk you through what working together looks like. If you are not ready or it is not the right time, that is completely fine. You will still leave the call with something useful you can try right away. Book a call with us here.

You don’t have to keep doing this on your own

It’s not defiance. It’s executive function. And it can be built.

If your child struggles to follow through, melts down over small things, or acts like they’ve never done the same routine before, there’s a reason.
